At WOOSTER ROOSTER, we want our customers to be happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of new, unused or unworn merchandise (with tags still attached) for a refund within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds for eligible returned merchandise will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All items must be in original condition. Shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges; however, you are welcome to return any eligible items and place a new order.

All orders noted as gifts will be shipped with a gift receipt.

If the item was noted as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are eligible for a return if it meets the guidelines stated above.

If you received a gift from our store you are eligible to return your gift for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. Your return must include your gift receipt.


Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery. We recommend choosing UPS shipping to reduce the risk of your package being lost or stolen. If you would like to require a signature for your delivery, or if you have any concerns, please contact our customer service prior to placing your order.


We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will gladly replace any defective items within 30 days of purchase. Please email customer service with your name, Order Number and a photo of the damage, so that we can process your replacement. Items damaged due to incorrect washing/handling (see care instructions) or normal wear are not eligible for return.


In the unlikely event that you received the wrong item, please email customer service within 10 days of purchase with a photo of the item. We will email you a free return label to send it back and send you the correct item asap!
